ppPanora is an international seed company engaged in the development, production, and commercialization of high-quality vegetable seeds. /ppTo strengthen our Sales Team, we’re looking for a bSeeds Product Manager /b following South Italy Area. /ph3The role /h3pReporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management activities for the Southern Italy and developing, at a national level, the p.m. activities for brassicas and determinate tomato crops. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze market trends, grower needs, and competitor products to optimize the local portfolio. /liliManage and improve the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global crop strategy. /liliContribute to gather relevant data and information for the PMC update. /li /ulh3Product Development Operation /h3ulliLead and manage Product Developers assigned to the crop/area. /liliPlan and evaluate key trials in collaboration with Product Developers (PDs) and ensure effective execution. /liliLead the country joint trials visit involving all the relevant stakeholders /li /ulh3Sales Business Support /h3ulliSupport the achievement of commercial targets in close collaboration with the sales team. /liliLeverage local trial outcomes to refine product positioning,
