/p ul liDemand Management /li liConduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning checks and levelling /li liManage Orders Feasibility and Firming /li liMaster Production Schedule /li liDevelop and maintain the Monthly Supply Plan identifying and monitoring short-term constraints (Maintenance activities, Line trials, Material issues, Resource availability) /li liLead stakeholder alignment activities /li liDetailed Scheduling /li liBuild and maintain the Detailed Sequence Plan /li liManage Process Order Release /li liOversee Bulk Batch Allocation /li liMonitor Supply Chain End-to-End Performance /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in economics or engineering disciplines /li liAt least 3–5 years of experience in the role, with a strong focus on planning, demand/supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management /li liExperience preferably gained in structured multinational environments /li liExperience in regulated or complex sectors, such as pharma, biotech, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing, is preferred /li liExperience managing teams or coordinating internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Systems Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of SAP, particularly planning-related modules and functionalities (PP and MM modules)
