Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment. Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance through KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Solid knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices within a manufacturing setting.
