ppWe are looking for a Data Monitoring Support Coordinator on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy. bPlease be aware that this position is intended to be filled initially on a tempo parziale basis of 20 hours per week for a fixed period of 6 months. Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). /b /p pThe successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: /p ul liDefine the overall reporting structure and governance model for Agency-wide communication reporting; /li liIdentify participating ESA establishments, communication offices and reporting stakeholders; /li liDefine reporting responsibilities and reporting ownership; /li liEstablish reporting schedules and submission timelines; /li liDefine common reporting categories applicable across ESA establishments; /li liDefine reporting metrics and key performance indicators, in liaison with WP CLO 12 to ensure consistency with Department KPIs and metrics; /li liDevelop standard definitions to ensure reporting consistency; /li liIdentify minimum reporting requirements for all participating entities; /li liDesign standard reporting templates for quarterly submissions; /li liDevelop guidance material for reporting contributors; /li liDefine standard formats for tables, statistics, graphicalreportingand narrative summaries; /li liEnsure alignment with ESA branding and presentation requirements; /li liEstablish data collection workflows; /li liDefine information submission and consolidation processes; /li liDevelop procedures for handling missing or incomplete submissions; /li liCreate document management and reporting archive procedures; /li liCoordinate consultations with ESA communication offices; /li liGather reporting requirements from participating establishments; /li liConsolidatefeedback and implement agreed reporting processes; /li liSupport adoption of the new reporting framework; /li liConduct a pilot reporting cycle using sample or historical data supplied by participating entities; /li liIdentifyprocess improvements and implementation issues; /li liRefine templates and reporting guidance asrequired; /li liProduce a final framework ready for operational deployment. /li /ul pbATG is dedicated to diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer. and management summaries; /li liAbility to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders; /li liStrong stakeholder engagement and consensus-building skills; /li liAbility to translate complex information into clear and concise reports for management audiences; /li liFamiliarity with branding and corporate communication guidelines; /li liHighly organised and detail-oriented; /li liStrong planning and prioritisation skills, as well as analytical and reporting skills; /li liProactive approach to problem-solving; /li liAbility to manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles simultaneously; /li liExperience working in international organisations, institutional environments, or public-sector communications; /li liExperience working with distributed communication networks across multiple sites or countries; /li liExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is an asset; /li liKnowledge of the space sector, scientific organisations, or European institutions is a strong asset; /li liCandidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU; /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pbThe salary range advertised reflects our initial expectations for the role and our internal salary scheme.
