ph3Job Description /h3 pAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for Ammeraal Beltech Srl in North West Italy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with other Regional Area Managers to achieve overall sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and shape the future of the business in the region. /p h3Scope Dimensions /h3 ul liKnowledge Relevant Industrial Market Experience Managing Sales in the OEMs EUs of Industrial Conveyor Belting products /li liStudy and analysis of market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread customers to penetrate. /li liLead Generation, collecting and Conversion to business opportunities and Sales. /li liNew Existing Key Account Management, /li liCustomer complaint handling and resolution in coordination with the application engineering MU. /li liSelf-driven with high level of customer centricity building business relationships to deliver objectives. /li liTeam Management : drive a team of sales representatives in reaching sales target and apply all the company policies /li liCross functional team collaboration for NPD, Localization, Order Management, OTD Service Levels. /li liDeliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable. CRM Sales force Management. /li liAnalyse, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance to market requirements. /li liMarket and Competitor updates regularly to benchmark and for improved profitability price increases. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. /li liDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall business goals. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients in North West Italy. /li liCollaborate with the Sales Director and other Regional Area Managers to align sales efforts and share best practices. /li liMonitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly. /li liPrepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. /li liEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards in sales practices. /li liProvide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration,
