Lead daily Continuous Improvement , Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence activities to improve manufacturing performance. Monitor and optimize key production KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, efficiency and line reliability . Ensure the effective implementation of operational and maintenance standards, including CIL, Centerlining, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Defect Handling . Partner with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve production issues. Lead shop floor problem-solving activities, driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate daily and weekly performance reviews, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Act as a technical reference point for operators, supporting troubleshooting and process optimization initiatives. Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and skills development programs. Promote a culture of Safety, Manufacturing Excellence,

Competenze ed esperienza A successful Production Supervisor should have: Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 2+ years of experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineer or similar roles within FMCG or complex manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, TPM and Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders and support performance improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and improving manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Productivity, Efficiency and Waste Reduction . Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering functions.
