/li /ulCandidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:brulliApproximately strong7–10 years of professional experience /strong; /lilistrongPrevious direct investing experience within a Private Equity fund is mandatory /strong; /liliStrong track record across the full investment cycle, from execution to portfolio management; /liliExcellent financial modelling and valuation capabilities; /liliStrong analytical skills combined with sound commercial judgement; /liliAbility to operate autonomously while working effectively within a lean investment team; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliFluency in both Italian and English.
