/ppbr/ppstrong Let's walk you through your day-to-day /strong /ppbr/ppOnce you've completed your onboarding, you'll undertake various assignments: /ppbr/pp Operating with high autonomy, you will conduct manufacturing surveillance, conformity assessments, and data reviews at supplier workshops manufacturing safety-related mechanical and pressure equipment.
/pp Perform and verify acceptance of shop inspections, surveillance activities, and testing (including dimensional, welding, and hydrostatic tests) delineated by the applicable Quality Plans and the RCC-M Code.
/pp Attend established control points at manufacturer facilities, acting as the independent eye for the client (Hold Points, Witness Points, and Review Points).
/pp Review the manufacturer's Quality Assurance Programs, ensuring all fabrication steps comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED *******/EU) and specific project specifications.
/pp Verify material traceability and structural conformity of materials and related certificates (e.g., EN ***************) against RCC-M or PED *******/UE requirements.
/pp Review welding documentation (WPS, WPQR) and NDE operator qualifications to verify total code compliance prior to components being signed off.
/pp Draft highly detailed, comprehensive Inspection Reports and Log Activities in fluent English.
Formally document and manage any Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) detected during the process.

/liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing inspections within heavy mechanics, high-pressure equipment, or power sectors.
/liliIs a highly preferred expertise in the application of the RCC-M Code and the PED ********/EU).
Strong alignment with nuclear safety culture.
