You will lead discovery, design impactful solutions, and demonstrate how Cellebrite’s platform drives measurable operational outcomes across investigative workflows. /ppThis role is based in Italy, supporting the Italian region, with travel of approximately 50–70%. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCustomer Discovery Solution Design /liliLead end-to-end discovery to understand investigative workflows, technical environments, and customer priorities. /liliTranslate requirements into solution architectures across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments. /liliAlign Cellebrite capabilities to operational needs across the investigation lifecycle. /li /ululliDemonstrations Technical Leadership /liliDeliver compelling demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. /liliAdvise on integrations, data flows, security, and performance in complex environments. /liliIdentify risks early and provide clear mitigation strategies. /li /ululliStrategic Accounts Value Realisation /liliPartner with Account Executives to define account strategy and expansion opportunities. /liliLead Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) to track adoption, outcomes, and future plans. /liliAnalyse workflows and position end-to-end case-to-closure (C2C) solutions.



/liliIdentify risks and drive proactive mitigation across strategic accounts. /li /ululliCross-Functional Collaboration /liliWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes. /liliEnsure strong handover from pre-sales to post-sales with clear success criteria. /li /ululliMarket Engagement /liliRepresent Cellebrite at industry events and customer engagements. /liliContribute to demos, playbooks, and sales enablement materials. /liliStay current on trends across digital investigations, cloud, and AI. /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulli4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or similar). /liliExperience designing and delivering complex software solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid). Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government customers. /liliStrong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. /liliSolid technical foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and cloud platforms. /liliStrong analytical mindset, linking technical solutions to business and mission outcomes. /liliFluency in English and Italian is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliBackground in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative workflows. /liliExperience with AI or automation in operational environments.
