We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine dining concept located within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai . This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks

Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction

Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation

Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards

Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine offerings and menu excellence

Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiatives

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost management

Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standards

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution

Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business

Requirements





Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments

Proven experience in Italian cuisine concepts is highly preferred

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment

Strong knowledge of Italian dining service styles, cuisine, and culture is advantageous

Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and operational performance

Experience working within 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or standalone fine dining restaurants is preferred

Candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply; relocation support will be provided for suitable candidates applying from outside the UAE

Work Schedule
This position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, particularly during peak seasons, banquets, and special events. Weekly days off are rotational and subject to operational needs.
