In this role you will support the Director of Finance in running the Accounting Office and contribute to the hotel's commercial success. You will blend strategic financial leadership with hands‑on operational control to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance. You’ll partner with hotel leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and performance insights that shape decisions and profitability. This position offers influence across the finance function in a luxury hospitality setting, with a clear impact on sustainable growth and asset protection.
Support the Director of Finance in daily Accounting Office operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting to influence business performance
Ensure integrity of P&L;, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
Oversee internal, external and regulatory audits in line with Marriott standards and local regulations
Collaborate with operational leaders to improve efficiency, profitability and asset utilization
Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance reporting and commercial insight
Coach and develop the finance team through performance development and recognition
Foster a strong control environment to safeguard assets and manage risk
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Experience building high-performing teams and fostering accountability
Strong commercial acumen balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
Experience in hotels or hospitality environments
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and results
