You will play a key role in defining the transformation strategy, evaluating migration scenarios, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of the roadmap. Working across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio Management, RD, and strategic customers, you will ensure business continuity while driving modernization, standardization, and long‑term value creation for the Italian installed base. /p h3You'll make an impact by /h3 ul liLeading the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution and deployment. /li liDefining and evaluating transition scenarios based on risk, cost, scalability, business value, and strategic alignment. /li liBuilding business cases, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and funding strategies. /li liManaging executive governance processes, including Steering Committees, decision forums, and program reviews. /li liDriving alignment between local Italian organizations and global Grid Software stakeholders.



/li liCoordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Portfolio Management, and RD. /li liEnsuring alignment on target architecture, technology roadmap, cybersecurity requirements, and operational objectives. /li liShaping customer transformation strategies in partnership with Sales and Account teams, with a particular focus on strategic utility and infrastructure customers. /li liPreparing the organization for execution through pilot initiatives, capability development, resource planning, and delivery readiness. /li liDelivering measurable outcomes through the reduction of technical debt, increased adoption of standard platforms, and improved operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Core Requirements /h3 h3What makes you a great match /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field. /li li5+ years of experience in complex program management within critical infrastructure, utility, energy, SCADA, OMS, or Grid Control environments. /li li10+ years of experience in software product management, research development, business development, or related technology leadership roles. /li liProven track record leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform migration programs. /li liStrong understanding of Grid Control systems, SCADA, OMS solutions, and mission‑critical software environments. /li liExperience working with software platform architectures, modernization initiatives, and service‑based solutions. /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, technical, and customer organizations.
