The project will be managed from Milan and the successful candidate will be required to have the right to work in Italy.
/ppbr / /ppAs the Project Services Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all project support services — including cost control, planning scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics, and administrative services — to ensure smooth project execution.
This role acts as the bridge between the technical project team and the corporate support functions, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner /ppbr / /ppstrongRoles and Responsibilities /strong /ppProject Support Coordination /pulliManage all project service functions (cost control, planning, document control, logistics, and procurement support) for offshore and onshore scopes.
/liliCoordinate project service teams during EPC/EPCIC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning).
/liliDevelop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with company and client requirements /li /ulpbr / /ppCost Budget Management /pulliOversee project cost control and forecasting activities.
/liliMonitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost variances.
/liliEnsure timely preparation of cost reports and financial updates to the Project Manager.
/li /ulpbr / /ppPlanning Scheduling /pulliSupervise the preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules (engineering,



procurement, construction, and commissioning).
/liliIntegrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule.
/liliMonitor progress and highlight deviations or risks to timely completion.
/li /ulpbr / /ppProcurement Contracts Support /pulliWork closely with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
/liliSupport contract administration, including review of commercial terms, tracking variations, and monitoring contractor performance.
/liliEnsure vendor documentation and records are maintained as per quality and contractual requirements /li /ulpbr / /ppLogistics Offshore Coordination /pulliCoordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, materials, and equipment to offshore and onshore sites.
/liliOversee marine logistics, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
/liliEnsure SIMOPS and offshore operational requirements are factored into service planning.
/li /ulpbr / /ppDocument Control Reporting /pulliOversee project document control systems ensuring proper document flow between client, contractors, and internal teams.
/liliEnsure compliance with contractual submittal requirements.
/liliPrepare and issue weekly/monthly project service reports to management and clients.
/li /ulpbr / /ppHSE Compliance /pulliEnsure all project services activities comply with company HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
/liliPromote a safety-first culture within the project services team.




/li /ulpbr / /ppProject Phases responsibility distribution /pulliPlanning: Develop Master Schedule and Capital cost Ledger, Plan offshore logistics, crew rotation, and material shipments.
/liliExecution: Supervise cost control, document control, and procurement support team, Coordinate offshore service delivery vessel scheduling andsimultaneous operations (SIMOPS)requirements.
/liliMonitoring: Track cost and schedule performance, manage reporting, Monitor Offshore execution against plan.
/liliCompliance: Ensure adherence to project procedures and contractual deliverables, ensure offshore compliance with Employer regulatory requirements .
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: /strong /pulliBachelors Degree from an accredited university.
/liliWork experience of fifteen (15) years in Project Services / Project Controls /liliA minimum of 5 years of offshore experience in total, with at least the last 3–5 years spent on offshore projects.
/liliExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
/liliStrong leadership and team coordination skills.
/liliExcellent organizational and time management abilities.
/liliAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.
/liliEffective communication and client interface skills.
/liliAbility to work in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments.
