As an Analyst in M&A;/Transaction Advisory, you will support data gathering, market and company analyses, and the preparation of process-related documents. You will screen targets, contribute to financial valuations, and help develop client proposals and marketing materials. You’ll monitor industry developments and contribute to thought leadership. You work within a global, values-driven team that encourages collaboration and initiative. This role offers exposure to high-impact transactions and cross-functional projects in a dynamic setting.

- Conduct secondary research on markets, competition, and companies
- Support preparation of Teasers, Information Memoranda, and Management Presentations
- Screen and shortlist potential target companies for clients
- Assist in developing financial valuations (multiples, DCF)
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations,



and marketing materials
- Monitor industry developments and contribute to reports and thought leadership
- Excellent academic record in Business or Life Sciences (numbers and finance-oriented)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent business English (written and verbal)
- Additional language and experience in Health Care, Finance, or Consulting are a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Solid foundation in finance and company valuation techniques for M&A;
