Provides basic support for sales administration activities, including processing routine transactions and maintaining accurate records. Assists in preparing standard reports and ensures compliance with established procedures. Works under close supervision and follows clearly defined guidelines to support the sales team’s operational needs

Responsibilities

Supports foundational sales operations tasks such as order entry,expediting, data validation, and routine reporting. Assists in maintaining accurate documentation and ensures compliance with established processes. Provides support for internal coordination, resolves basic issues, and contributes to timely completion of assigned activities. Learns operational systems and workflows while adhering to quality standards and service timelines. Focuses on accuracy and efficiency to enable smooth execution of sales administration functions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Basic analytical capability for data validation and reporting. Familiarity with standard office tools and eagerness to learn enterprise systems. Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Remuneration

The starting gross monthly base salary (RAL) offered for this role ranges between €1,950 -€2,728, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Commercio e terziario)

The final gross annual base salary will be determined using objective, non-discriminatory criteria, including the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications, and in accordance with the Company's compensation framework and applicable legal requirements.
