As anAI-NativeEngineer(Software), you will design, build, and deliver production-grade applications while actively using AI and Generative AI as part of your daily engineering workflow. You will work primarily with modernfullstacktechnologiesforfrontendand backend, with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Key Responsibilities Software Engineering & Development * Design, build, andmaintainfull stackapplications usingmodernframeworks(ReactJS,NodeJS, Java,Pythonor equivalent) * Developscalable, reliable,



and secure applicationsfollowing modern software engineering practices. * ImplementCI/CD automation pipelinesand understand DevOps workflows. * Ensure code quality throughtesting, code reviews, and performanceoptimisation. AI-Native Engineering (Core Expectation) * UseGenerative AI coding tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a first-class engineering assistant for: o Code scaffolding and refactoring o Code generation andoptimisation o Test-casesand documentation generation * Build applications throughAI-driven development practices, including: o AI-assisted debugging and troubleshooting o Intelligent code completion and pattern recognition o Automated documentation generation * Applyprompt engineering best practicesfor reliable, repeatable engineering outcomes. * ValidateGenAI output(determinism checks, guardrails, fallback logic).
