You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard. You will have opportunities to develop your product knowledge and technical skills in a dynamic, innovative environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. /li liOverseeing overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. /li liLeading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and advise on technical solutions. /li liEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma. /li liReady to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction,



including offshore facilities. /li liRelevant working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. /li liExtensive experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). /li liStrong customer‑service orientation and experience leading customers through tough decisions. /li liAbility to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. /li liDeep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. /li liMotivated self‑starter, able to make key decisions and innovate solutions. /li liExcellent command and understanding of verbal and written English. /li liEU Passport or a European Work permit. /li /ul h3Flexible Working /h3 ul liYou will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements.
