Here, we do more than just work—we walk together with the shared pride of designing the future of energy for our planet. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an organised and proactive bAftermarket Business Assistant /b to join our European Head Office. /p pThe role will provide operational and administrative support to the Aftermarket Team, ensuring efficient management of spare parts quotations, logistics documentation, and documentation required for customer site access. The position requires strong organisational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, service engineers, and internal departments. /p pThe position is ideal for candidates who are willing to develop a career in aftermarket operations and customer support within an international industrial environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and manage spare parts quotations in coordination with the Aftermarket Sales Team. /li liSupport internal stakeholders by providing timely quotation‑related documentation and information. /li liPrepare, review and maintain logistics documentation for spare parts for domestic and international shipments. /li liCoordinate shipping documentation and liaise with logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. /li liPrepare and manage documentation required for customer site entrance, including safety, compliance and administrative requirements. /li liCoordinate with customers and field service engineers to ensure site access documentation is complete and submitted on time. /li liMaintain accurate records and update internal databases, reports and documentation. /li liSupport the Aftermarket Team in day‑to‑day business activities and administrative tasks. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance and other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of aftermarket operations. /li liMonitor the status of quotations, shipments and documentation to ensure deadlines are met. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, aftermarket support or administrative roles would be considered an advantage.
