As a
Junior Agile Delivery,
you will be part of Eni's Digital Information Technologies function and will support a Delivery Manager in the operational coordination of Agile teams on digital and AI initiatives. This is a growth role: the goal is to gain mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-functional team dynamics, contributing operationally to the planning, monitoring, and facilitation of ceremonies.
Main activities:
Support the Delivery Manager in planning Sprints and MVPs and maintaining the project plan
Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, refinement, retrospective) under supervision
Update boards, backlogs and tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps) and produce progress reports for the team and stakeholders
Collect and track impediments, problem escalations and clarification requests, supporting their resolution
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, meeting minutes and communication materials
Participate in the activities of the Agile Chapter and the Digital Center of Excellence to consolidate your skills.
Required characteristics:
Master's degree preferably in engineering, economics, or computer science
Up to 3 years of experience
Basic knowledge of Project Management and the IT project life cycle
Familiarity with office automation and collaboration tools (Copilot AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Confluence)
Familiarity with virtual assistants based on Generative AI (e.g.,



Copilot, Gemini)
Good knowledge of the English language.
The profile is completed by:
Basic knowledge - even if only theoretical - of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Training course on Agile methodologies, with dedicated certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master)

We offer a gross annual salary starting from €43,000.
