The resource will contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and the management of supplier quality, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Manage and monitor process quality during production activities.
- Manage the system of internal non-conformities, supplier non-conformities, and customer non-conformities, defining and monitoring corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Draft and manage reports according to the 8D methodology.
- Plan and conduct process audits and supplier audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
- Analyze quality KPIs and prepare reporting to support business decisions.
