/p h3What the job involves /h3 ul liRepresent the firm in business development and deal sourcing locally /li liLead analysis and execution of new deals; the firm is likely to build a small team around you to support you /li liWork closely with portfolio companies to deliver value creation and exits /li liIntegrate closely with the existing team and in particular their network of engaged entrepreneurs and investors to share ideas, access and performance optimisation opportunities /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liProven track record as a deal leader in relevant buyout deals in Italy; ideally in mid cap but small or larger deal experience may also be appropriate /li liExcellent local network and demonstrable origination skills /li liEntrepreneurial mindset - self‑starter, able to work independently; ambitious; dynamic /li liHigh personal impact and credibility - winning the trust of owners, managers and the engaged investor base is critical to the firm’s operating model /li liTop academic background and early professional career /li liFluent English and local language skills as appropriate /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
