The candidate will be responsible for managing international treasury operations, working with banks and financial instruments, and participating in strategic financial projects across the group of companies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging cross-functional projects related to foreign exchange risk hedging, financing, and optimization of cash flows across the group of companies /liliNegotiating with banks, structuring and supporting agreements on lending and cash placement in Ukraine and abroad /liliAnalysing and structuring MA transactions and supporting the integration of companies acquired by the group /liliManaging bank accounts abroad, coordinating KYC processes, and working with banking portals /liliInitiating international payments, conducting foreign exchange transactions, and supporting the financing of operational expenses /liliSupporting internal controls and audits, updating data in the Treasury Management System,
