We closely monitor the regulatory landscape and are deeply involved in the development of valuation industry standards and best practices that impact our clients. /p h3Day-to-day Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerforming valuation analysis for a wide range of private and public corporate clients. /li liUnderstanding the client’s business model and strategy, as well as the industry challenges. /li liInterviewing clients to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement. /li liAnalysing financial statements and business plans. /li liSelecting and applying the most appropriate valuation approaches depending on the purpose of the valuation and the context. /li liPreparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a clear, concise and argued manner. /li liSupervising and mentoring junior staff for analyses, reports, and presentations. /li liBuilding client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients. /li liDrafting proposals,
