With six distinctive restaurants and bars, including a rooftop Mandarin Bar with sweeping city views, the property will blend tranquil residential charm with contemporary Roman sophistication. /ph3About the job /h3pThe Director of Restaurants, Bars Experiences is responsible for leading all food beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting and culinary operations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence across one of Rome's most exciting luxury dining destinations. /ph3As Director of Restaurants, Bars Experiences, you will be responsible for the following duties: /h3ulliLead and oversee all Food Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality,



service standards and guest satisfaction across every outlet. /liliDrive the commercial success of the division through innovative concepts, strategic planning, effective revenue management and strong financial performance. /liliPartner closely with Sales, Marketing and Public Relations teams to create impactful campaigns, events and experiences that strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue growth. /liliDevelop innovative dining, beverage and experiential concepts that differentiate Mandarin Oriental, Rome within the luxury hospitality market. /liliMaintain a visible presence within the operation, building meaningful relationships with guests and creating memorable, personalised experiences. /liliMonitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements and service enhancements as required. /liliLead, coach and develop the Food Beverage leadership team and colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. /liliOversee budgeting, forecasting, labour management and cost control processes to maximise profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards. /liliEnsure consistency and quality across all culinary and beverage offerings, maintaining Mandarin Oriental standards at all times. /liliDrive innovation through industry awareness, market trends, competitor analysis and emerging guest preferences. /liliEnsure all operational systems, technology platforms and processes are optimised to support efficiency and enhance the guest experience. /liliMaintain compliance with all local regulations, food safety requirements, health and safety standards and company policies. /liliContribute as a key member of the Hotel Leadership Team,
