Operating in over 90 countries, we bring together cutting‑edge science, decades of experience, and industry‑leading education to empower sustainable agricultural growth. /p pOur trusted portfolio includes globally renowned brands such as Miller, Biolchim, Cifo, Ilsa, Florimo, and KelpGrow, reflecting our commitment to innovation and quality.b This position can be fully remote. /b /p h3Purpose of Job: /h3 pThe purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European‑based businesses. /p pThe role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24‑month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liForecasting Demand Planning /li liDrive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24‑month forecast. /li liMonitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends. /li liCommunicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts. /li liCompare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis. /li liSupport the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes.



/li liRestate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy. /li liSupport demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis. /li liIntegrated Business Planning (IBP) /li liPrepare monthly consensus reports for use in the IBP process. /li liOrganize local/regional review meetings to align on forecast and build to SBU consensus. /li liHelp implement a formal IBP process aligned with the Oliver Wight framework. /li liTools Systems /li liUtilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SOP Cloud, EPM Cloud). /li liDevelop interim Excel‑based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud. /li liSupport system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle. /li liBuild strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance. /li liCollaborate with global teams across North America, South America, and Asia. /li liShare best practices to standardize processes across the HAS platform. /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field. /li li7–10 years of experience in SOP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.



/li liProven expertise in statistical forecasting methods such as Winter’s Method, Holt Exponential Smoothing, and Croston’s, with a strong track record of applying these to improve forecast accuracy. /li liExperience as a superuser of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, with the ability to maintain data integrity across Oracle Demand and ERP systems. /li liSolid business acumen, with an understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers. /li liStrong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with complex data. /li liFluent in both English and Italian. /li liExcellent facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis. /li liA proactive, self‑motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward independently. /li liCapable of managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. /li liASCM CPIM certification is a plus. /li liExperience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud is an advantage. /li /ul pReady to make an impact?
