/ppThis is a highly operational role requiring strong on-site presence, technical depth, and structured execution capability.
The position is based in Milan, with very frequent international travel during project execution phases.
/ppYou will ensure that plants are safely commissioned, tested, validated, and handed over according to contractual performance guarantees.

/liliCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, process, automation).
/liliSupervise pre-commissioning, cold and hot commissioning, functional testing, and system integration.
/liliEnsure compliance with HSE standards at all times.
/li /ulpstrongTechnical Oversight /strong /pulliReview technical documentation, PIDs, control logic, and system configurations.
/liliTroubleshoot complex technical issues during startup.
/liliOversee performance testing and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved.

construction, and operations teams.
/liliSupport Project Directors in resolving site technical challenges.
/liliInterface with clients during testing and handover phases.
/li /ulpstrongDocumentation Handover /strong /pulliEnsure proper recording of commissioning activities.
/liliValidate test reports and as-built documentation.
/liliSupport final handover to client or operations teams.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Experience Background /strong /pulli8–12+ years of experience in commissioning industrial plants, power generation facilities, or complex infrastructure projects.
/liliStrong EPC background.
/liliHands-on experience in plant startup and troubleshooting.
/liliProven experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
/liliStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems integration.
/liliAvailability for very frequent international travel.
/liliEngineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related field).
