ppRINA is currently recruiting for a Lombardy Emilia Romagna Certification Senior Industrial Services Inspector to join its office in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) within the Mediterranean Africa Certification Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe role is focuses on ensuring the safety and quality of industrial services (e.g. welding, pressure equipment, personnnel certification and CE marking) helping businesses meet regulatory standards and deliver reliable, safe services to their customers. The role works under the supervision on more complex assignments. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 h3Conduct Inspections /h3 pPerform on-site inspections, examinations and audits to assess compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations /p h3Documentation Reporting /h3 pPrepare detailed inspection, examination and audit reports, documenting findings and providing clear recommendations for corrective actions or improvements. /p pMaintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and rejections. /p h3Material and Procedure Review /h3 pReview materials, manufacturing/process procedures and testing methods (e.g. NDT) to ensure they meet certification requirements. /p h3Quality Assurance /h3 pMonitor the quality control processes during the activities, ensuring adherence to quality control plans. /p h3Code Compliance /h3 pStay up to date with industry codes, standards, and regulations to ensure that all inspections or examinations are conducted in accordance with the latest requirements. /p h3Qualification /h3 pAssess the qualifications and certifications of services and operators, ensuring they meet the appropriate standards. /p h3Safety /h3 pPromote and enforce safety measures, ensuring that the operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner. /p pEvaluate the reliability of equipment and plant inspected with tests and measures to ensure a compliance safety. /p h3Client Interaction /h3 pCommunicate with clients, answer their questions competently, and providing information about the certification scheme.
/p h3Continuous Improvement /h3 pIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection procedures. /p h3Training /h3 pStay current with the latest inspection techniques and technologies, and provide training to colleagues and clients as needed /p h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in industrial service inspection, particularly in areas such as welding, pressure equipment, personnel certification, and CE marking. /li liKnowledge of regulatory standards and mandatory certifications relevant to industrial services (e.g. pressure vessels, piping, valves, etc.). /li liStrong understanding of quality assurance, safety regulations, and technical standards applicable to industrial services and equipment (ASME Codes, EN standards, etc) /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and compliance documentation. /li liAttention to detail and the ability to assess compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards. /li liHolding ASME Authorized Inspector qualification. /li liProficiency in using inspection tools and test equipment. /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings and interacting with clients and team members. /li liAbility to work independently and under the supervision of senior inspectors for more complex assignments. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide clear recommendations for compliance improvements.Certifications or professional membership in relevant bodies (e.g.,Welding Engineer, NDT qualifictions,
