Devices for the emanation of medical gases. /p h3How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? /h3 pWe are looking for an engineer with product development and project management skills to join an RD team in a medical devices company focused on innovations. /p pYou’ll be part of a primary international company as a member of our young and dynamic engineering team and you will contribute to the design of cutting‑edge products. /p pTo be successful in this position, you should have acquired significant and proven experience working within a company that designs and manufactures masks for non‑invasive ventilation and sleep apnea treatment. Your background must include a strong track record in medium‑complexity product development, with deep exposure to strict requirements in terms of user‑experience, comfort, and ergonomics, realized through engineering plastics and injection molding technology. /p pThe respiratory care and sleep therapy field is highly challenging in terms of specific applicable standards and technical documentation to be developed and regularly updated. These activities are required and form a core part of the daily routine.



You must be able to interpret relevant standards, perform tests, and create comprehensive test reports. /p pTo support our efficiency goals, you’ll have the responsibility to create and optimize project development plans: defining and scheduling key tasks together with various internal and external stakeholders, while strictly ensuring the respect of timing to achieve a faster and competitive time‑to‑market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImprove the product development process by reducing time‑to‑market and driving efficiency to shorten product development timelines. /li liTranslating market insights and user needs into comprehensive technical specifications and product roadmaps. /li liLeading the definition of patient‑centric product requirements to enhance ergonomics, comfort, and clinical efficacy. /li liExecute detailed techno‑economic feasibility analyses to ensure product viability and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. /li liContributed to the company’s IP portfolio through the generation of patentable engineering solutions. /li liSuccessfully reduced production costs by implementing strategic DTC methodologies without compromising on medical‑grade quality.



/li liEnsure compliance with the company’s safety standards. /li liEnsure products are users and environment friendly. /li liManage the relation with suppliers to realize prototypes with the most recently additive manufacturing technologies. /li liAnalyze prototypes, data and test them if needed. /li liManage documentation of both new and revised 3D designs. /li liWrite detailed reports. /li liAssess the quality control on components and prepare check lists. /li liDevelop technical documentation according to Medical Devices EU regulations to grant CE certification. /li /ul h3Are you a Match? /h3 ul li5/6 years of experience specifically in the design and development of masks for ventilation and sleep apnea treatment. /li liMaster degree in mechanical, biomechanical, biomedical or material engineering. /li liPrevious experience in RD teams developing products. /li liGood understanding of safety standards and environmental and ergonomics impact of a design. /li liAt least a basic knowledge on design of injection moulds for engineering polymers and elastomers. /li liAbility to report in front of management. /li liGood communication skills. /li liFluent English. /li liDriving license. /li /ul pWe welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
