In this role based in Milan, you will be the key driver for the evolution of our product portfolio (software and/or hardware), leading the roadmap from inception to market launch. You will work closely with software development teams, hardware partners, legal/compliance departments, and marketing to ensure our solutions are not only innovative and user‑friendly but also rigorously compliant. /p h3About Your Future Role /h3 pIn this position, you will: /p ul liProduct Vision Roadmap Definition /li liDefine, plan, and manage the product roadmap for POS systems and associated cloud/on‑premise retail management software. /li liGather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development teams. /li liContinuously monitor the product lifecycle, defining and tracking key success metrics. /li liFiscal Compliance Integrations (Italy Focus) /li liActively monitor updates to Italian fiscal regulations regarding retail trade and large‑scale distribution (e.g., Telematic Recorders, XML daily transactional report transmissions, Receipt Lottery, Electronic Invoicing, and POS/digital payment regulations). /li liCollaborate with tax consultants and certification bodies to guarantee hardware and software compliance with the guidelines of the Italian Revenue Agency. /li liOversee the integration of POS software with key payment systems (EFT‑POS), third‑party ERPs,



and e‑commerce platforms to enable a seamless omnichannel experience. /li liCross‑functional Collaboration UX/UI /li liPartner closely with software engineering teams (Agile/Scrum) to ensure timely, high‑quality releases. /li liWork alongside UX/UI designers to optimize the checkout interface, ensuring fast, intuitive, and error‑proof workflows for store operators (Retail, HoReCa, etc.). /li liSupport Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams by providing training materials, technical documentation, and product demonstrations. /li liMarket Analysis Benchmarking /li liConduct market research to identify emerging trends in POS systems, smart checkout technologies, and digital payments. /li liPerform competitive analysis on major POS and retail software players in the Italian market. /li /ul h3What We Value In You /h3 h3Technical Skills Experience (Hard Skills) /h3 ul liExperience: +7 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner within the POS, retail/hospitality management software, or ERP solutions sector. /li liItalian Fiscal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Italian fiscal compliance workflows (Telematic Recorders, XML transmission files for daily revenues, electronic invoicing via the SDI). /li liHardware IoT Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with managing the lifecycle of physical checkout devices (fiscal printers, POS terminals) and their communication protocols/drivers (e.g., Xon/Xoff, industry standards). /li liDevelopment Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard). /li liData‑driven Mindset: Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions. /li /ul h3Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills) /h3 ul liProblem Solving Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, critical for fiscal, accounting, and compliance logic. /li liCommunication Leadership:
