/ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppThe Manufacturing Project Engineer is responsible for all tasks and activities related to manufacturing processes.
They lead, budget and schedule internal projects supervising the manufacture of the systems including process improvements and troubleshooting.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliResponsible for planning and overseeing equipment produced in Italy and coordinate all project elements including engineering design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final acceptance /liliManage the project within budget /liliPrepare and maintain a GANTT to plan and monitor all the activities related to the assigned projects /liliKeep strong relationship with suppliers and monitor the manufacture and respect of delivery of components /liliGenerates the Purchase Requests and RFQs to any supplier, expediting and monitoring deliveries on the assigned projects /liliPlan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of sub-contract elements, etc.
/liliReact promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs /liliAnticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions /liliProduce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary /liliAccurately cost any changes in specifications /liliProduce clear,
focused and understandable explanations for change requests /liliTrack customer changes and participate in customer meetings when required /liliParticipates in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEAs), Quality history reviews, robustness studies, etc /liliTrack tasks against the project timing plan /liliAssist with design verification and sign off reporting /liliApply specific technical skills as required to support the customer or colleagues /liliBe willing and available to work at customer premises as required /liliContribute to continuous improvement activities /liliQuality control of work by appropriate reviews and track quality issues over the entire project scope /liliSupport and lead process improvement activities /liliWrite reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients /liliPlan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented /liliFeeds with reliable data the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /liliAttend various meetings and action/communicate instructions /liliUndertake continuous training and development /liliPerform root cause analysis and resolve problems /liliLiaise and communicate with other departments (Engineering Admin), customers, suppliers and other service providers /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongSkills /strong /pulliEngineer (Dipl.-Ing.), mechanical educational background /lili+4 year' experience in Job Based Manufacturing (Manufacturing to Order) /liliExperience strongin custom manufacturing projects /strong /liliGood understanding of engineering principles /liliMechanical, electrical,
