In this role you will lead on-site electrical installation activities for mission‑critical data centre projects in Milan. You will coordinate and supervise electrical works, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with commissioning and project teams to prepare systems for testing and sign‑off. You’ll manage subcontractors and interface with site leadership to keep stakeholders informed. This is a hands‑on, engineering‑focused opportunity with a turnkey data centre footprint across Europe.

Supervise daily electrical installation activities
Oversee on‑site electrical works including cable containment, power distribution, UPS systems, generators and lighting, ensuring workmanship, safety and sequencing meet project requirements
Coordinate electrical subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure labour,



materials and equipment are available to maintain programme momentum
Carry out inspections, review installation quality, verify works follow drawings and specs and ensure compliance with electrical regulations and QAQC procedures
Work with commissioning and engineering teams to prepare systems for pre‑energisation, testing and final sign‑off
Provide regular updates on progress, risks and resource needs, elevate technical issues and maintain communication between engineering, xysqume safety, commissioning and project leadership teams
Responsabilità
Must have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level certifications or equivalent trades’ background
EU Passport or RTW in Italy is required
