Experteer Overview As a Reliability Engineer, you will improve equipment performance and lifecycle economics for sealing systems at customer sites. You collaborate under a partnership framework to troubleshoot, evaluate, and optimize seal operation. You will present technical and commercial recommendations, train customer staff, and drive standardization and inventory optimization. This role sits at the intersection of field service, engineering, and customer success, offering impact through reliability improvements and cost reductions. You are pivotal to delivering measurable reliability gains and fostering long-term customer partnerships.

Proactively solve problems on existing installations
Negotiate with customers and sales on modifications to equipment
Help customers identify productivity improvements from seal and system upgrades
Approve design, materials, layouts, installation and drawings for seals
Prepare reports and support partnership program management
Suggest new approaches to problems and establish new standards and procedures
Observe field performance results and collect data with local offices and sales reps
Maintain and nurture customer relationships within the partnership framework
