Energy Dome is an infrastructure company — our projects get built, our plants get commissioned, and the power we deliver is measured in gigawatt-hours, not press releases.If you want to work on energy systems that matter — and will run for decades — this is the place to build the next chapter of your career.About the RoleThe Project Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the financial and operational performance of EPC projects throughout their lifecycle.Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures effective cost control, forecasting, reporting and project performance monitoring, supporting informed decision-making and helping deliver projects on time and within budget.The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in defining project budgets, cost structures and financial baselines.Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and financial performance throughout project execution.Analyse Budget, Actual Costs, Forecast, ETC and EAC,
identifying deviations, risks and opportunities.Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards and KPI analysis.Support monthly closing activities and project financial reviews with the Finance team.Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance to ensure alignment across all project phases.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project control processes, reporting tools and governance.Required Experience5–8 years of experience in the roleExperience managing complex EPC projects within industrial, infrastructure, energy or renewable energy sectors.Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams.Previous experience in medium-sized, fast-growing companies is considered a plus.Technical SkillsSolid knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting and cost control.Experience with Budget, Actual, Forecast, ETC, EAC and project KPIs.Advanced Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or equivalent).Proficient in English.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on and proactive mindset.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. xysqume EducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.What we offerA competitive base salary based on seniority and skill-set Up to 10% of personal MBO based on individual and company performanceCompany's stock options planWelfare, training, carbon-free benefitsHybrid work-model
