Experteer Overview

In this role you will own the Italian KNX offer and shape the marketing strategy for the local market. You will collaborate with sales, suppliers, tender teams, and the Global BU to benchmark competitors, set price positioning, and influence global projects. You’ll develop tools to support sales and customers, deliver tailored trainings and presentations, and drive the go‑to‑market roadmap with cross‑functional teams. This is an international role focused on market insight, training, and offering performance.

- Collaborate with marketing channels and offer teams to shape the go‑to‑market strategy
- Support local pre‑sales and commercial teams, engaging with distributors, design firms, and sell‑out channel managers

- Identify actions to improve offer performance based on data analysis

Responsabilità
- Technical background in KNX and/or Building Automation
- Strong customer focus and business mindset
- Comfortable with digital xysqume tools
- Analytical minded with data‑driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Team worker with ability to collaborate across functions
