- Lead and supervise hourly associates, team leads and data analysts in ICQA
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance, and issue-solving within FC
- Plan shifts, forecast workload, and direct tasks
- Oversee process-improvement projects to boost quality and productivity
- Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze data for improvements
- Develop talent by training managers and associates
- Provide leadership during handovers and communicate priorities
Responsabilità
- Degree from an accredited university xysqume or equivalent experience in operations management
- Experience in data analysis and working with data sets and tools
- Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience leading teams
- Experience influencing stakeholders within Ops organization
