The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from technical cases, warranty claims and transferring into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Design Engineering, Customer support). He/she will get in contact with Supplier if needed for issue resolution, especially for topics related to Product Problem Resolution (PPR). He/she will have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in a timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders.

Your Impact

-

- Product Problem Resolution (PPR) Support: Responsible for supporting the issue resolution inside the factory, bringing information to the production line, manufacturing engineering, and stakeholders; investigate to help root cause identification and share the information.

- Warranty claims analysis and action follow-up: Responsible for monitoring the claims submitted by dealers, investigating and taking action in the factory for fast issue resolution.

- Factory Communication:



Communicate issues from the field (claims & concerns) to the factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to Product Customer support.

Your Experience And Qualifications

-

- Nice to have minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in quality environment.

- Experience with mobile equipment (e.g., agricultural, construction, forestry equipment, on/off-road trucks, or automobiles).

- Knowledgeable of industrial process and technology.

- Experience with problem solving methods.

- English/Italian speaker.

Compensation

-

- Applicable salary range: € 22,000 – €52,000 gross annual salary.

- The compensation range specified in this job posting is indicative; final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.

Your Workplace

You will work 4 days onsite at our Breganze site and 1 day work from home.
