Overview

In this role you lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management across the assigned cluster in EM̈A, driving compliant, efficient systems and continuous improvement. You mentor a team of experts, tailor global standards to local needs, and act as the interface between global and local management. You will shape risk-based governance and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections. This is a chance to impact patient safety and operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities and Benefits

- Lead and develop the cluster team with performance management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure QMS and EHS systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved
- Oversee audit readiness, monitor KPIs and CAPAs with timely closures
- Adapt global requirements to local systems while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Evaluate system performance, conduct management reviews, and maintain data




- Manage updates of global/local directives and supporting risk assessments
- Coordinate training and compliance programs across the cluster
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and CAPA oversight
- Oversee EHS regulatory monitoring and communications with global teams and external bodies

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 3-6 years in QMS and EHS with multi-country exposure
- Minimum 3 years in people leadership in xysqume Healthcare/MedTech
- Advanced training in GMS/QMS processes and governance
- Experience across multiple EMEA countries
- Strong knowledge of QMS and regulatory requirements
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strategic, solution-oriented leadership; strong coaching and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 19011
- Understanding of internal and external QMS processes
- Willingness to travel
