ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a leading services company operating within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the accurate preparation of financial records and reports.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Manage budget and forecast activities
- Book accruals and perform intercompany accounts reconciliations for the month-end closing (e.g. inventory, personnel cost, provisions, interests, etc)
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Lease with external auditors
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as requested
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactions
- Partner with internal departments to gather and validate financial information xysqume required for accounting and reporting activities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance function
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and administrative processes
