Responsibilities

- Play a key role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

- Provide essential assistance in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.

- Contribute to the creation of clear documentation, user training materials, and actively engage in projects driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate with internal teams and users to gather insights and transform requirements into effective, functional solutions.





- Assist in configuring and customizing the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong interest and foundational understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and key business processes such as financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.

- Demonstrable experience owning deliverables and working independently to tight deadlines in a high-performing team.

- Strong experience in C#, VB.NET and SQL, with the ability to develop, optimize, and maintain efficient code using solid object‑oriented programming principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

- Proficiency in both English and Italian.

- Values and behaviours that align with inlumi's.

- Basic financial knowledge of consolidated financial statements and/or FP&A; and controlling is appreciated.
