Job SummaryService Delivery Coordinator (Lower/Upper Completions) is responsible for coordinating well construction/completion and solutions projects within the Completions & Well Intervention business. The role is customer‐facing and oversees all phases from planning to project close, ensuring on‐time delivery, profitability, and operational excellence.Job Main ObjectivesExecute the HSE 5 fundamentals daily.Execute the 5 fundamentals of Service Delivery.Interact with customer representatives for preparation, execution and completion of all upcoming and ongoing job activities.Use the Job Center to comply with Intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC) and ensure all job activities align with customer and Baker Hughes' requirements.Manage change across the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.Provide technical support and coaching of field personnel remotely before, during and after the job.Support the closure of incidents with customers and with the global technical product line and implement lessons learned.Serve as subject‐matter expert on technical aspects within the product line.Specific TasksCollaborate with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice related to technical planning.Input and manage required information within the Job Center.Conduct job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity.Communicate billing events to B&C; using the Job Center ticket.Plan mid‐range operation activity volume & complexity forecast to align appropriate resources for flawless execution & on‐time delivery.Prepare daily operational updates for ongoing job activities as required.Report incidents and manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Oversee ongoing operations and provide direct support to field personnel on location.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.Minimum of 5 years as a coordinator with strong experience in Well Completions.Leadership skills with strong interpersonal, influencing and planning abilities.Proven personnel development skills.Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including mandating meeting organization and accurate minute distribution.Benefits & Working ConditionsOffice‐based role with Monday‐Friday, 08:00‐17:00 schedule.Contemporary work‐life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs and additional voluntary benefits.Salary InformationFor Italy: Initial pay range EUR 51,200 - 70,400, with the provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio applied (Art.32 and Art.34).

For United Kingdom: Initial pay range GBP 59,800 - 82,225.
