As a Finance Specialist in our SAP ERP squad, you will drive SAP-based finance processes within a global rollout, supporting digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with ERP and business leaders to align IT and business strategies, define solutions, and ensure value delivery. You’ll contribute to end-to-end solution delivery, data migration, and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO and related modules.

This role offers international exposure and a chance to shape how finance systems enable our health-focused mission.

Responsibilities

- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and design roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Support SAP Competence Center to align IT and business strategies
- Act as IT Product Owner to govern scope and enhance solution agility
- Estimate effort for activities and validate with vendors
- Support end-to-end solution delivery with ERP Team and IT Vendors
- Perform validation checks during build and deployment to ensure architectural alignment
- Customize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO based on business needs and assess impacts on linked modules (SD, MM, PP)
- Assist in UAT to identify issues in processes or documentation




- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
- Develop and maintain ERP solutions per Group guidelines and service delivery models
- Document improvements for integration with other applications and interfaces
- Monitor and evaluate application performance against KPIs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of IT application support or related experience
- Strong understanding of SAP in Finance, OTC and Industrial areas
- Knowledge of SAP FI modules (AP, AR, AA, G/L, TR)
- SD knowledge is strongly recommended
- ABAP debugging is a plus
- CO knowledge (COPA, Product costing, PS) is a plus
- RAR, FM knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic project management skills
- Proficient English (written and spoken)
- Experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration is a plus
- System Integration consulting experience is a plus
