In this role, you drive the reporting and analytics layer for the SAP S/4HANA transformation within IM Transcend. You manage the release cadence for reports and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals. You collaborate with operations to deliver tailored insights and oversee user acceptance testing and hypercare. This is a chance to shape data-driven decision-making across a global, multi-system ERP modernization effort.

- Release/deployment strategy and planning for reports and analytics across multiple releases
- Track operational metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance of reported data
- Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to meet reporting needs
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and scalability




- Deploy custom analytical reports
- Ensure UAT and acceptance of reports
- Lead hypercare for data reporting
- Ensure smooth handover to final end users
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles
- Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence
- Understanding of SAP data structures
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Understanding of GxP, SOX, audit, CSV, data integrity (ALCOA+), GDPR, and quality requirements
