Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Project Manager BMS, you lead installation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget. You coordinate with the customer and internal teams to resolve milestones and optimize profitability. You'll report project trends and adapt to changing requirements, driving performance in a global industrial context. This role offers responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape customer outcomes in energy-efficient building systems.

- Create and maintain the project plan and schedule
- Coordinate milestones with the customer's project management and resolve schedule issues
- Manage project budgets and seek profitability improvements
- Control costs and maximize productivity through effective tools and processes




- Define project schedule aligned with customer requirements and resource availability
- Make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing work conditions
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and build strong customer relationships
- Follow company procedures and share information across teams
- University degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years' Project Management experience
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Flexible work schedule and adaptability
- Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and abroad
- Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration
