Role OverviewWe are seeking a Production Technician (m/f/d) to support manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities for electronic and electrical devices. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform inspections, and support troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a dynamic production environment.
You will work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure high standards in production efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures and safety standards
- Set up machinery and production lines for scheduled production runs
- Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Conduct in-process quality checks and document production data accurately
- Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns
- Support preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
- Assemble, test, and verify electrical and electronic devices and components
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to optimize production performance
Key Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic devices and components
- Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation
- Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience using bench tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment
- Experience with soldering, including SMD components, is an advantage
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production documentation
- Structured, hands-on, and quality-focused working style
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
