Captains, chefs, chief stews, management offices, agencies and suppliers all work in one platform instead of a scattering of WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and paper receipts. We run live at yachtproviso.com with fleets already onboard — including managed fleets and new-build programmes coming online through [2026].

We're expanding across the Med, starting from Versilia, and we're hiring the person who will own those relationships. What our clients actually get Provisioning and ordering — multi-supplier catalogues, shop by port and charter day, one list sent to several suppliers at once, quotes compared side by side.

Menus and dietary safety — per-guest dietary handling that holds up under combined requirements (vegan keto, allergies, owner preferences), with guest profiles scoped so the chef sees dietary needs and nothing they shouldn't.

APA and yacht finance — one APA total that agrees across every screen, audit-grade receipts, invoices and quotes as proper PDF documents, escrow wallet holds, and supplier payouts.

Crew documents and MLC 2006 / STCW compliance — a document vault with expiry tracking, automatic status recalculation and reminders before a certificate lapses.

CrewFit — our crew-fit assessment for captains and crewing agencies: structured, evidence-based, and built so a human always makes the decision.

Own the full client relationship: first conversation, onboarding, and the day-to-day trust that keeps a fleet on the platform.

Work the docks in person — Viareggio, Antibes, Palma, Monaco — because this industry still runs on people who show up.

Bring management companies, crewing agencies and provisioning suppliers onto the platform.

Run demos that are honest about what the product does and doesn't do yet.

Feed what you hear straight back into the roadmap. Our clients' complaints become our next release. What we're looking for

Real yachting experience — crew, agency, management, provisioning or brokerage. You know what a Friday-before-charter turnaround feels like.

Fluent English; Italian, French or Spanish a strong plus.

Comfortable owning targets and comfortable saying "I don't know, I'll find out."

Based in or willing to relocate to Tuscany, with a valid right to work in Italy. What we offer
