Multi-Property Marketing Executive - Casa Brera

As Multi-Property Marketing Executive, you will support branding, design and communications across Casa Brera Milan and The Rome EDITION. You'll craft on-brand visuals and collateral, coordinate cross-property campaigns, and ensure consistency with Luxury Collection standards. You'll work with agencies and internal teams to shape visual storytelling for digital and offline channels, driving brand impact and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced luxury environment with a clear focus on Casa Brera in the early stages and growth across properties.

- Maintain and organize visual asset libraries for easy access
- Coordinate marketing collateral delivery for both properties and tailor content to each hotel's objectives
- Collaborate with external agencies on social media strategy and community management
- Assist with photo/video shoots planning and asset management
- Support PR events and activations with aligned collaterals and brand standards
- Update websites and landing pages ensuring content accuracy and br
