Your Role

As an Italian Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales initiatives and ensuring efficient case resolution. You will move to Lisbon or Porto, in Portugal, as part of the role, with an excellent relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Deliver high-quality customer support for:
- Deliveries
- Warranties
- Refunds
- Order-related questions
- Provide inbound sales support by promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase customer value
- Manage customer orders and requests, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in CRM systems
- Proactively update customers on case progress and resolutions to maximize satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to quarterly sales targets while maintaining outstanding service quality

Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

- Native or fluent Italian (C1–C2 level)
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling customer concerns
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Confidence using multiple systems, tools, and CRM platforms
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous sales experience (a plus, but not required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
