INTEGRATION & INTERFACE MANAGER - MILAN

- YOUR ROLE

Lead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors

Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams

Coordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third-party infrastructures

Support the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements

- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan

Establish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures

Facilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams

Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie-ins, and hook-up activities

Monitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface parties

Ensure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages

Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress

Identify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities

Coordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover

- REQUIREMENTS





Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects

At least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client-side Interface Management roles

Proven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities

Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes

Experience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies

Knowledge of risk-based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination

Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface-related clauses

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Fluent written and spoken English

- WHAT WE OFFER The compensation for this role ranges between

€50.000 and €85.000 . The position is classified under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Trade and Services sector applied by our company. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
