The Accounting Specialist will operate within a multinational and fast-evolving environment, the role will work closely with local and global Finance teams, supporting period-end closing activities and contributing to the continuous enhancement of accounting processes through digital transformation, innovation and operational excellence.

Responsabilità principali

The Accounting Specialist will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for

- General Ledger accounting
- Fixed Assets accounting
- Balance sheet reconciliations

ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely financial reporting.

Requisiti principali

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for complex and multinational matrix organization companies
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Proven experience in Fixed Assets accounting and depreciation processes
- Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is considered a plus.
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing activities




- Advanced in English (frequent interaction with global teams and international stakeholders), Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Onestream)
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity n (attention to detail)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify issues and implement effective solutions

- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a continuously changing business environment

- Strong interest in digital transformation, process automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions within Finance processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both local and international stakeholders

We offer a gross annual salary starting from €31.800, commensurate with the candidate’s actual professional experience, in addition to variable compensation and a company welfare plan.#MT1
