NEXION S.p.A., world leader in the sector of equipment for tire dealers and garages, is looking for a dynamic EXPORT AREA MANAGER to join the team of one of its historic brands based in the Correggio (RE) area.

Responsibilities and tasks

Responsible for budget of the area for sales and margins.

Responsible for distributors/partners operating in the area.

Sales, technical consulting & support to customers in the assigned territories.

Develop new partnerships/customer accounts to grow business volume with existing distributors.

Identify and develop new distributors to improve and complete the distribution network.

Constantly update market and product knowledge and provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition, including win/loss analysis.

Product presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Identify new product introduction and business development needs to penetrate existing and new markets.

Establish and develop business with new direct prospects.

Support user acceptance during project implementation at customer sites.

Regular customer visits.

Profile

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Demonstrable track record of business achievements in developing new prospects and customers in the machinery/mechanical sector.

Ability to understand highly technical customer requirements and match them with the most appropriate solutions.

Enthusiasm and determination combined with a pragmatic approach to work.





Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, suitable for a role requiring frequent independent work.

Ambitious, career-oriented and willing to take on increasing responsibilities.

Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned area.

Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.

Qualified, although not necessarily extensive, experience in a similar role. Enthusiasm and determination, combined with a pragmatic approach to work, are essential traits of the candidate, who is not afraid to take on additional responsibilities to support their professional growth.

The ideal candidate is also proactive, enjoys working in local and international teams, and demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving and organization, with the ability to plan activities and meet deadlines. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €40.000 to €45.000.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, professional experience, and overall suitability for the role. The assessment will be carried out using objective, merit-based criteria, in line with the Company's commitment to fairness, inclusion, and gender equality.
